The front desk staff is fantastic, with special thanks to Ms. Yvonne Tsang. I was looking for a locally-made product and all I have is a phone number and product name. She made a call for me and got the local seller's address and business hours. Around the same time, other front desk staff printed out the location details for me. I am grateful to them for their assistance and service.

Open-air hot spring pools, a heated outdoor pool and pampering spa treatments can be enjoyed at Hotel Royal Chiao Hsi. It provides a free shuttle from Chiaohsi Railway Station, a 10-minute drive away.... Service location food facilities were excellent. Everything is taken care of including having towels available at the pools The night buffet was very good quality but the zen garden restaurant chefs menu was even better. The hotel also had a lot of free activities for guests which included hiking tour and craft activities . There's a free library for guests with lots and lots of books on lend.

Everything is perfect to meet our travel needs, and the breakfast was awesome. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The room has got everything that we expected. The hot spring bath in the room just gave us a relaxing time in private. The Starbucks and the bakery on the ground floor were convenient for a tea time, the bread and cookies were very nice and yummy in the bakery.

Good breakfast, cute and cozy options. Very near the beach and also some really great restaurants. Highly recommend.
